Joseph A. Marchitte, President/Owner, organizes and administers every day operational procedures as Estimator, Project Manager, and Purchasing Agent. He has 29 years knowledge and experience to the trade as well as 18 years with the company.
Timothy Franger, Project Manager/Estimator, joined our company in 2008. His experience in the plumbing industry include 23 years in field operations and 16+ years in project management/estimation.
Daniel Britzzalaro, Outside Superintendent, oversees field operations and works closely with organized labor to achieve the professionalism and quality work our company is known for. He has over 35 years experience in the plumbing industry,and has been employed by MKS since October 1994.
Renae Zwolinski, Project Coordinator, assists in the bidding and estimating process as well as prepares, processes and issues the documentation necessary for project progression and completion. Has been with the company for over 18 years.
Safety Consultant, Great Lakes Environmental & Safety Consultants, conducts regular onsite safety inspections and reports, and ensures that all OSHA safety regulations are met.
